Rafflesia flower (Bunga Pakma) has been used in traditonal medicine believed to hasten post-birth recovery and cure birth wounds. The climbing plant is parasitic and can be found in deep jungles of Sabah (Melinau Basin) and Peninsular Malaysia (Belum National Park).
Below is the jungle plant that I am testing live on my family, relatives and friends. To my observation it is potent against persistent coughs caused by asthma or infections, and incontinence. According to my brother-in-law it helps to dry up pus from breast cancer. The mechanism is perhaps tightening of muscles among other things.
The herbal is prepared by boiling the leaves and the concoction taken 2-3 cups per day for 2 weeks. It tastes favourable like tea and with aroma too. I am taking the herbal 2-3 cups/week and feel I am less prone to cough-flu infections, legs not heavy and the joints stronger.
